We too are just starting out, so welcome to the club! So far all we've been using is a notebook, and photographs. Most of our photos are numbered (bird's leg band number - will be in the future replaced with wingband number) and the date. We are doing the photos more than anything for teaching ourselves how to spot early development of faults or merits that we see in these birds later on. Also, so we can look back and see progress of the line, as well as see if there are traits we've culled out that are recessive and they show up in later generations from birds of similar breeding to the cull birds. We looked into I think it's called Kintrecs?

The option to type in the parents instead of having to add them into the software to add as parents would be nice. So I don't have to add other people's birds into my account just to record what their parents were.

Please make this possible! Edited: because there is no real way to just log in to retrieve your info you loose ALL of your data if something happens to your device. My phone was reset and the info is nowhere to be found, not even in the files, even when it was backed up. All of my important info is gone. This app has everything I need and I love it. I breed birds. As far as I know it is the only mobile app I know like it.

There is only one issue, that I'm having. Whenever I go to save a new species I get a 'Failed to save' message. After putting in the info and pressing the save button. I hope you don't mind me asking, but do you think you could make a version just like this but for other species too?
